Our Bakery

Auntie’s Bakery Restaurant and More started from simple hobby and passion of Auntie Rosa Cruz - the founder of Pancit Ng Taga Malabon. She's a well–loved Auntie of her nieces and nephews, and the sister of the late Monsignor Jose Cruz, former parish priest of Our Lady of the Abandoned Church in Sta. Elena, Marikina City.     From her traditional recipe of Pancit Malabon, she took another leap of her cooking career when she studied proper baking lessons in Le Fountainebleau Culinary School - the first French baking school in the Philippines then. She was able to advance her treasured recipes of delicious varieties of breads, cakes and pastries which are loved by generations.
